Workshop overview ​

This workshop is vital for anyone who is in or going into a leadership role, this can be at school or in their private life. It is also good for anyone who wants to learn what they might expect from others in leadership positions.
This is a highly interactive workshop which links to the team development workshop.  It explores the frequently misunderstood area of leadership, blending theory with practice. All of the participants will have the opportunity to lead tasks gaining direct feedback from their peers and tutors. All of the participants will have a better picture of what good leaders should do and how they should do it.
